Factionwide Buffs for Legendary Lords

Since I've been basically gone for months, somebody is keeping thiis updated there:

Please give me suggestions regarding Overpowered and Underpowered lords.

EDIT:
For clarity, many effect scopes are set to be "unseen" by CA, so I followed suit and did the same. What this means is that, even if it doesn't say that it applies to all regions, all armies, all the units in the army and so on, you can generally assume that it is applied as such.

What this mod does:
Have you ever noticed that some Legendary Lords do things like increase income in the local region, and then realise that in a game about war, your lord, for the most part, shouldnt be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around in their own region? Or that some Legendary Lords buff their whole faction, meanwhile Thorgrim reduces upkeep cost on Longbeards and Hammerers in his army by 7%, and thought "Why the hell would I ever run Hammerers with Dwarfs and why should I care about this"? Well, this mod is my answer to this kind of thing. I was looking at Legendary Lords I wanted to play and realised how boring they were now that every LL has their own faction. This is my attempt of keeping balance while also making Legendary Lords more equal to one another. This is especially relevant since Confederation is pretty much impossible right now.

TLDR:
Nothing was changed from the original, except some legendary lord skills were made to completely or partially affect the whole faction instead of only their own army or the local region. Balance was kept for the most part, but feel free to tell me your opinions if some lord/something is just far too broken or underwhelming.

Changes that may or may not be changed:
- Wurrzag's first unique skill (increased melee attack and charge bonus) seems to have a database name that makes it look like other Greenskin lords can get it, but as far as I've looked and as far as I know, no one else can, so I've made it factionwide. That said, if you ever come up against a Greenskin army with Savage Orcs with attack stats over 100, it's that you've found an AI that got that skill many times. Report it to me if that happens.

Known issues:
- Skarsnik's Drippin' Tips skill name and description are gone. I had to create a new effect to apply it to his whole army so as to not reproduce the effect for normal Night Goblins and some nurgle lords in some final battle somewhere in the game. Even though I copy-pasted most of the data, it seems the text might be fetched somewhere else for localisation/translation purposes, or at least that's what I assume is happening; I don't know how to fix this so I'll just wait until a better modder comes around and tells me how to fix it lol

nope its not that mod, switching between different bolts dont work when bolts get effect "claws" from rakarth tree, i dont have any mods that are adding or chaning units any idea what type of mod might fucking this up?

im not sure if its by this mod or other, i play as a rakarth and after "claws" bolts upgrade from his tree i cant change them from antilarge to antiinfantry missiles

You can just open every faction legendary lord and look at the unique skill lines. The new ones for the DLC and FLC. If you think it matters, you can also check for legendary heroes. The rest should be a piece of cake. Is the game crashing when this mod is active at the moment? If so, it means they changed some definitions in the database. That can be done quickly with a debug mod tool, so it's a non-issue.

Hi Ender, I need someone to help me compile all the changes and the new local buffs for the new Legendary Lords. See, right now, I'm responsible for 3 grandparents, my grandfather just died and I'm taking care of everything, my father died last year, I'm taking new training and courses in psychology, I work in a hospital, I have private practice, I'm going through a legal process to become the next caretaker for my brother with autism with intellectual disability, I've got a girlfriend to live with, etc. Basically, what I'm saying is, my life is a disaster right now and I don't have time to compile all the new changes. If someone provides me with the changes, I can quickly shove that in the db file and upload the update. Otherwise, anyone can feel free to reupload the mod with updated content, I don't mind, since I'm not sure when I'll be back to have a life.

Any chance this will be updated? I'd love to play a slayer only campaign with Ungrim and giving factionwide slayer bonuses would be huge to help in that!
