Hotline Miami 2 Loading Screen - Recreated

Description
This is a recreated version of the loading screen from Hotline Miami 2, some small details are still missing and it definitely isn't 1 to 1, but it mostly should give you that vibe.

The Primary and Secondary colors can be customized, and Bloom + VHS effects are available.

While this is a "Dual Monitor" wallpaper, I do not recommend using it as one. HD and Ultra-Wide work a lot better.

I will keep updating this, and I will try to refine it further, it'll just take me a while to do it.

it is probably a bug. I've never tested it as a phone background so I'll have to look into that

hey man, when i import it to my phone the river, the building windows and the sun turn white and there's nothing i can do to change it. is it a bug?
