Description
You can now craft a Psylink Neuroformer using Eltex and human hearts.

With the release of Psycasts expanded I wanted an evil way to steal the life force of humans to gain psionics, I therefore came up with this idea, it will take 30 eltex and one heart at a crafting spot and you will be able to make a neurformer instantly. I justify this by using the soul of the victim and the innate properties of Eltex to gain psionic abilities.

Do you think its too powerful? Navigate to your rimworld workshop folder, the mod id is 2846408538 and there is a single xml file under the 1.3 folder. You can adjust the required eltex or hearts there.

Compatibility: This adds a single recipe to a crafting spot and overwrites nothing. This will never cause issues with any mod on the Workshop unless Tynan changes the defname of the neuroformer or Oskar changes the defname of Eltex.

So, let me get this straight. Psionics Expanded has a soft cap on how powerful one caster can be by making each new level require exponentially more XP until it takes decades to level up. A neuroformer, however, just takes you to the next level regardless of cost, right? And now you can craft them, so long as you get your evil wizard hands on enough Eltex. Yes, sweet, power-giving Eltex, my precious. :)

I'll upload 1.4 versions for everything in about an hour, I just need to clean my modlist down with RimPy and switch the tags to 1.4, nothing ive uploaded uses assemblies and already works but just throws warnings.

Yeah I usually get tons of pointless errors in my offline mods like rocket launchers without a forced miss and items that are flammable but no health that will burn forever so I tend to ignore errors, but when I update all the about xml's I can add that and point it to the workshop pages.

When you update it to 1.4, please add a <downloadUrl> and/or <steamWorkshopUrl> to the About file as it always says in the startup log even when not active.

I could make one at some point tomorrow just wondering why people use exclusively vanilla Psychics as I've tried even with other psycast mods before Psycasts expanded and could never find them useful or interesting enough to bother. It's a pretty quick patch to make but I've got places to be in the morning.

Please consider a version without the Vanilla Psychic Expanded Mod. It could require, say, three or five Hearts and a piece of Eltex Gear.
