Japan 2035

Description
With CSAT's increasingly aggressive policies towards NATO and its allies and Chinese expansionism in the South and East China Sea, Japan has had no choice but to rearm itself. Despite the global economic climate, the Diet has finally awknoledged that the Self Defense Forces are in dire need of modernization, and unprecedented budget increases were given the green light.

Working closely with NATO and its allies, the Japanese Self Defense Forces are now more ready than ever to face the growing eastern threat.

This mod features soft compatibility with all 3 2035 CDLCs and the Arma 3 Aegis Mod

Not likely. I don't like how the AAV-9 looks and I plan on adding my own AAV-P7s instead.

The H235 and 240 and helicopters have coastguard liveries, they are intended to have SAR crew, not JMSDF. Eventually they'll get their own faction. Groups for the desert faction aren't really a priority right now. The firefighter is inheriting from the RF firemen, I'll likely not change the name as that would involve localizing the unit name into a lot of languages. Some assets don't have the correct picture as they are really similar to one another and I don't want to increase the filesize unnecesarely.

I'll look into everything else, thanks for the feedback!

JGSDF (Desert) - Doesn't have unit compositions.
JMSDF - Anti-Air - The whole section is not visible in Zeus
JMSDF - Helicopters - H235C Transport has Helicopter Pilot (SAR) instead of Helicopter Pilot.
JMSDF - Helicopters - H240C Transport has Helicopter Pilot (SAR) instead of Helicopter Pilot
JMSDF - Helicopters - H240 Transport has a wrong preview picture.

(Suggestion) JASDF - Men - Firefighter (Wildland) should not be called "Wildland" anymore.

Tested it and you fixed the previously mentioned problem.
Hope it is alright if I give you my tester feedback of what I found now.
All of them are just minor problems, nothing mod breaking, but I figured I will tell you in case you want to fix it.

My comment was longer than what Steam permits me to post, so I will split it in two.

I don't use Alive, everything is done through config work. For the unit previews I just use the vanilla function for it, googling it should be fairly easy. I haven't used any tutorials either, all I've figured out on my own or from others. As for the textures, that's a performance issue, not a mod issue.

Can I ask how did you add previews of the actual units into the mod?
I was trying to make some factions for personal use, using Alive, but no tutorial I found showed how to add that, only how to do the basic faction (and judging by the mods on the workshop - you are one of the few that actually know how to do it). I also had problem with the skins of vehicles glitching for a second after they were spawned - first showing the original skin of the vehicles, and only after the skin I chose.
Do you use Alive to make your factions or something else?
Do you have any tutorial that you used I could follow or you figured it out by yourself?

Thank you for the kind words! Yes, Spain 2035 will eventually get the same treatment, I was actually working on the update before working on Japan 2035's current version, but I got sidetracked haha. I'll look into the firetruck not being zeus spawnable
