I'm not THAT good at designing ships like these, the main objective is to show the functionality of the script and what I've done to configure it.

I changed rotor torque, set tags to controller and LCD, set backup batteries and set Velocity To Turn On/Off VectorThrusters=2,0.2 and Velocity To Turn On/Off VectorThrusters In Cruise=4,0.4 in the custom data of the programmable block.
