BBP_InvBuild

Description
When building/crafting kits materials are taken directly from the players inventory!

Here's an addon you can repack to add a feature a few people have requested.
- This makes it so mats are taken directly from the players inventory when building and crafting kits, instead of having to attach the mats to the blueprint or workbench.
This makes building not such a pain.
Again this is optional and for you to add to your server as this might not be a feature everyone would want. So enjoy!

PLEASE REPACK THIS.

Sidenote: You will need a mod that increases materials stacking and size reduction so, for example, planks can stack to atleast 20 and metal plates can fit into the players inventory. Most of you already run these changes though.

If your using bbp item pack, this doesn't appear to work with that

Hello, I tried to configure the BBP_InvBuild mod but I couldn't. I think there's a missing file. What happens when I put it on my server is that it works in a way, but when I try to use it, it doesn't allow me to build anything.

FYI - to use this mod, you need to unpack it using PBO unpacker (ie: pboman3 - google it).
Then take the raw files inside (basically just the /script/ folder) and put it into the DayZ-Tools "Addon Builder". Pack it using your own signed key. (Create signed key using "DS Utils" in DayZ-Tools).
Drop your signed key into /keys/ folder after packing the mod.
Now youre ready to publish your mod.

If you already have a repack - just add it.

If this is the only and/or first mod in your repack, you need to upload it twice:
1) Upload. It will generate a meta.cpp file that provides a publishedID
2) Subscribe - so you get the meta.cpp
3) Add the meta.cpp from the downloaded mod back into your modpack folder - and republish it.

Mods without publishedID will not let players connect to server because it defaults to "publishedID = 0" which is not allowed.
(publishedID is the ID# of the mod in steam workshop, EG: 2830521008 is the publishedID of this mod).

@MadCappedBeef There as been no updates to this mod recently so if it was working and now its not then you need to look at what changes you have made or mods you have added as that will be the cause of it. Since there as been no updates to this for awhile then its guaranteed something you have added or changed to your server

To ask why its stopped working all of a sudden to not give any details what you have done is like putting soemthing infront of a blind man and asking what it is

Hey, the mod has recently stopped working, it was working fine up until recently do you know what could cause it to stop working?

@Tanis Grey, Please read the description. There is no key which is by design of the mod. You need to create your own mod and pack this into that.

@HennySea Your mod is missing the key.

I can confirm @One Shot's problems. These are the exact steps to replicate:
- Load BetterBuildingPlus, BBP_ItemPack, and BBP_InvBuild (order doesn't matter except for BBP core)
- Join server
- Craft workbench
- Keep planks/nails in inv and read book to craft Kit
- Place kit
- Keep nails and Planks in inv and approach hologram: No build option
- remove BBP_ItemPack from server
- Log back in (planks and nails still are in inv)
- Option to build appears

There is definitely a conflict between these two mods. I am currently trying to track down precisely what it is
