'Spear' Anti ship artillery

Description
Another building competition submission.

The Spear ASA is a heavy anti-ship artillery rail cannon employed by Grand Space Operations for orbital defense and planetary defense. Its four railguns hit hard and any enemy will think twice before approaching an area covered by these hefty guns.

In order to use this turret you need to attach it to a base with a seat or add one yourself, and all targets are switched off in targeting options by default.

Weaponcore had to do some funky stuff with the custom turret controller. If you're using weaponcore I don't think you can make AI controlled turrets (maybe you can now with automatons update). One of these on my space station would really give the Reavers something to think about.

It's something with weapon core. Can't figure out what. Works fine if I disable weapon core

Just enable the AI setting in the turret controller.

if you are on pertam or anyplace with over standard gravity it just wont work, dosent matter if inertia sharing is on or not or if the torque is cranked to max.

Try increasing the torque to see if that's the issue

no Matter what i do when i put this on a ship i cant move it side to side i have no idea what to do i realy want to have this on my ship. I have uncheck Share inertia on all parts and that does not help.

so if your having trouble where its not working attached to another grid, uncheck Share inertia and that should get it spinning
