Twitch chat wallpaper made using tmi.js and pure JavaScript. Write the username of your preferred Twitch streamer in wallpaper properties, customise the chat and enjoy!

• Connect to any Twitch streamer chat.
  
• Twitch/7TV/BTTV/FFZ global and channel emotes appear in chat.
  
• All Twitch global and channel badges appear in chat.
  
• Customise background color.
  
• Select an image from your computer and set it as wallpaper.
  
• Select a video from your computer and set it as wallpaper.
  
• Adjustable video background volume.
  
• Open/Close chat header.
  
• Customise chat font size.
  
• Customise chat width.
  
• Customise chat height.
  
• Customise vertical chat position.
  
• Customise horizontal chat position.
  
• Customise chat background color.
  
• Customise chat background opacity.
  
• Chat element is restricted within window boundaries.
  
• Username color is set to user selected color (selected on Twitch) if it is in Twitch readable color list. Set to closest readable color if it is a custom color. Assign a random readable color if a color is not selected on Twitch.
  
• Optimisation: on every 101th message, first message is removed.
  
• Subscription and resub notifications can appear in chat. (optional)
  
• Set sub/resub notification accent color.

Notice: Badges and some emotes are fetched by using the first message. So, users will appear with default sub badges (if user is sub) and some emotes may not appear in FIRST FEW messages.

New Features:

• Chat messages can be set to have a dark color instead of white now.
  
• Chat height is now customisable within range 15%-100%.
  
• Chat vertical position is now customisable.
  
• Chat height and vertical position cannot go out your screen borders.
  
• Video background is added. Supported file types are .webm, .ogg, .ogv. You can use an online tool for converting your .mp4 videos into .webm format.
  
• Volume customisation is added for the background video.
  
• New height/vertical position features fixed the issue of last chat message being not visible in taskbar users.

• Example images given above are for presenting functionality. There are no such layouts to select within the wallpaper, but there are properties to customise. You can recreate those example wallpapers easily by finding the background images and customising the properties in the same way.
