[DEFUNCT, NOW INCLUDED IN MAIN MOD]

I am quite the fan of verbose names in my grand strategy games. I was excited for the prospects of Grant C. Hayes.
I spent hours doting over the NCR, answering its every beck and call, defending it when the barbarians were at the gates, and finally expanding it when the time was right.

After all this time, with the defeat of the tech worshippers, the luddites, and the armies of northern mutants, I was finally able to complete the final focus in Grant C. Hayes branch.

An event appeared on my screen, describing an impassioned speech, and I moused over the confirmation button. "The New California Republic will be know as the Pacific States of America" I was giddy, eagerly clicking the button, exposing to me the RETCHED and FOUL title of "PSA". ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

so anyways i spent about 5 minutes changing one localization file and it was fixed.
