Neo Seoul II But I've Made Adjustments

Description
I've made adjustments to Neo Seoul II to remove unnecessary detail and free the skip routes!
The map should now load faster while looking mostly--if not--exactly the same with minor changes.
See the full Change Log Below.

Note: The average player most likely won't notice any differences.


Change Log (Generally In This Order):

-Removed most AO ("Ambient Occlusion") particles.
-Removed InvisibleSplines needed for some AO particles.
-Removed the KillGrids around tunnels
-Raised SkyFadeDistance from 50 to 520
-Removed all but one CubeMapRenderer
-Removed an ocean PlaneGS's animation
-Removed some Background elements
-Removed one EmpireJumpBarrierSegment
-Removed one EmpireJumpBarrierNoEdge
-Removed some lights for details that are very far away
-Added orange lights near transfers
-Removed some lights from some pillars whose values were set to zero-black (Custom OilRig Object)
-Removed some details from far away pillars (Custom OilRig Object)
-Removed multiple ocean PlaneGSs and used one big PlaneGS instead
-Added the UnityTextSizeModifier for some Symbol text to raise their resolution
-Increased some Symbol text's ColorOpacity from 0.617 to 1.0
-Moved the 5th Checkpoint a few units earlier so that it doesn't clip into the geometry below it
-Replaced an animated-on-trigger EmpireEndZone with a NitronicEndZoneEmpty
-Added a CarHeadlightsZone for the whole level
-Added a LargeReverbZone around each tunnel
-Adjusted the Ambient(Sky, Equator, and Ground)Color from 0.1-flat to 0.220, 0.112, and 0.000 respectively
-Removed AO particles (Custom Ow Objects)
-Removed SpotLight Groups (Custom Ow Objects)
-Added subtle green lights near Checkpoints
-Removed StuntMedalPoints
-Changed MusicTrack from Drivetastic to Diversion
-Changed the DiamondTime from 01:42.00 to something much harder to reflect the new adjustments
-Changed the ocean's GoldenAnimator Duration from 1.0 to 8.0
-I hid Speedy somewhere, can you find him?

*And uuh... I made this cause... I felt like it really. I don't even like this map that much. :/
