Granny Rags, the crazy (slightly cannibalistic) old witch from Dishonored.

The rig_biped_simple IK rig works with this model!
Face posing works, but as bones not sliders/flexes.

NOTE: Please tell me if there is anything strange about this model when you pose it etc., since it has not been cleaned up by anyone else beforehand. I will fix said problems as soon as I can if they turn up.
