Move faster on road
Fixed in game display that the movement points display extra digits after decimal point.
Ancient 1→0.75
Classic 1→0.5
Industry 0.75→0.5
Modern 0.5→0.25
Rail Road 0.25→0.125

Sorry for asking, I was just informed that this is how it is intended in the base game; military engineers expend charges for roads, but not for railroad.

I am having an issue where military engineers don't expend their build charges when buidling railroads, so they can build as many as they like. Could this mod - or some incompatibilty between this mod and another mod - be the culprit? Anyone else seen this bug? Thanks in advance for any help!
