British English Translation

This is a patch of the existing English localisation into English dialects used outside the US, such as British English, Australian English, etc. It replaces the original US English translation, and doesn't add a new language option.
The tutorial and help menu has not been translated, but I can do if requested.
Strings - word lists used in name generators, art descriptions, ideology descriptions, and social interactions - will be updated at a later date, as it works a bit differently, may require patching, and will interfere with my existing word list expansion mod, so I'll need to provide a workaround for users of both.

Changes have been made dependent on what feels 'more British' or more intuitive to me as an Australian English speaker. For example, while British English uses both -ise and -ize, I have chosen -ise in all cases. Words like 'coordinate' have been left as is, but I can add hyphens if requested.
Mod support: I'm trying to include as many as I can, but of course there are way too many 'armor' mods and the like so I've certainly missed a bunch. Please let me know if there's a string you'd like changed, and I'll add it sometime!
This mod should work fine in 1.0 and 1.1 too, because it only changes some language files. I found some typos in the core files which I fixed, too.

Load order doesn't seem to matter. You can put it at the bottom of your mod list if you want.
