I've been playing around with the model a bit. The middle mast is not a rig itself, so it's just a solid object with the mast. I was curious if you could fix it?
You don't have to fix it, but just so you're aware.
Well done rigging it tho, much respect on that. :steamthumbsup:

Then the rest of the model is not really your problem but the forklift model itself is bit of a mess from my own experience of driving forklifts.
