Description
This mod allows you to get double effect from technology just like vanilla double-tech glitch.
But this mod makes the thing easier.

1. Build the intelligence agency, upgrade it to get 2 operatives
2. Put the tech you want in the research slot
3. Select the decision, and pass 1 day.
4. You get double effect from tech

It only works for "Machine tool", "Equipment Conversion", "Industry", "Construction", "Excavation"
You can also double the tech listed above in "The Road to 56"

(IMPORTANT!!! You need to select the decision while the tech is STILL researching, if it's researched, then you missed a tech to double.)
