Description
Decorated versions of all previously released New Zealand Vicorian residential houses, ready to use for quick highly detailed suburbs.

I'd recommend to plop these down in rather high detailed regions and/ or mix them up with the bare ones in less detailed regions, otherwise your game might slow down with the amount of props.

Larger trees are deliberately left out as you will get much more realistic results if you match them with your own choice of trees oin the map.

The workshop states these as a transport building, this is wrong, they are actually all lowres growables.

Make sure to subscribe to the essential decoration props, also found in a collection!


STATS:
All textures are connected via Loading Screen Mod. They are also connected with the undecorated versions, significantly reducing the impact these houses have on your peformance. All technical details are exactly the same as in the undicorated versions.

REFERENCE:
Taken from architecture all over New Zealand. No specific building, no specific region.

Yup I just published a different asset from the game and then replaced the files in the folder. It's indeed a residential pack and the houses don't function as public transport :D

@romain.ferdanni I think the building you're looking for is by AliTarGz, who has also done the public library. Otherwise I can recommend the "Boomer Homes" which go wuite well in a NZ setting as slightly more modern buildings

Thanks for the assets! They are so awesome. What's the name of the large building in front of the Public Library in your screenshots? Fits well in your landscape.

Btw if you have some buildings in the workshop (from you or anyone else in the ws) that are similar, such as the NZ Public Library, do you mind giving me some links? I'd love to build a whole village based on this architecture
