调整了美英日法四国的默认航母设计
主要：列克星敦、赤城、加贺、勇敢、暴怒、贝亚恩、齐柏林伯爵级等航母按照史实设计增加了巡洋舰主炮并调整了载机量和航速
Adjusted initial CV designs of USA, ENG, JAPAN, FRA
Main changes: Install guns of a cruiser on Lexington-class, Akagi, Kaga, Courageous-class, Furious, Bearn, Graf Zeppelin-class. They (including other CVs that didnt mentioned above) also have their hangar size and max speed changed
