Formable Western Roman Empire [HOLY FURY]

Description
Gives the option to recreate the Western Roman Empire.

Based on a now-defunct mod however I updated it to Holy Fury and made a few changes to the creation conditions.
Original mod found here:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1453261818

In order to recreate the Western Empire, there are a few prerequisites:
-year needs to be earlier than 1100
-character of Christian religion (excepting Catholic and Fraticelli) or Hellenism (reformed or not)
-character needs to belong to Latin or Iberian culture groups or to a 'romanized barbarian' culture (Frankish, Lombard, Suebi, Anglo-Saxon, Welsh, Breton, Berber)

INCOMPATIBLE with Ironman.

All credit goes to the original creator 'Hello There'.

Why not catholic and before 1100?

Yes, like it says in the description, you can't form it after 1100, it used to be even harder, requiring you to form it before year 900. You can go into the wre_d.txt file and delete or comment out the "NOT = { is_year = 1100 }" requirement.

Also Gideon, what doesn't work exactly ? What version and other mods are you running ?

The mod works on my end, but forming the WRE depends on what year the game is currently in.

@Dyanstious weird, I redownloaded it myself and it works. What other mods are you running ?
In the off chance it's Steam workshop messing up, I will upload the mod to Mega and put the link in the description.

@CommissarPigeon I updated it, the most important additions being that WRE creating takes hellenic religion and also any Christian denomination other than Catholic and Fraticelli, the other is being able to form it as Breton or Berber (meant to represent African Romance). Please report any bugs if spotted.

I know how the game works? I thought you would want to change the mod to make it more compatible with other mods/ideas since you already changed the original requirements before.

@CommissarPigeon No, people insist on Orthodox due to it being the closest thing to Niceno-Chalcedonian Christianity, which was the original creed of the late Roman Empire.

If you want Nestorian/Calvinist/Adamist/whatever denomination as a West Roman emperor, just follow the following steps, 500 piety required:
1. Convert to Orthodoxy/its heresies (temporary), by rightclicking on a province/friend/wife/lover that happens to be orthodox and choosing 'secretly convert to', costs 250 piety
2. Form the empire as it's now available
3. Convert back to your chosen denomination by using the same process in step 1, 250 piety
4. Done

Can you switch religion requirement to Christian group and exclude Catholicism (as HRE main)? Current situation excludes Nestorian and Miaphisyte which are similar to Orthodox, very ancient and had their own patriarchs. I feel that it should be possible to form Rome from Egypt - it was one of the oldest and richest provinces. Restricting it to Orthodox is very Greek centered - no reason for that, they already have their own Rome, their Rome decision ironically allows all Christians and Hellenic. And speaking of that, Hellenic paganism really should be able to form Western Rome, too.

And yes, I play on mod allowing to mend eastern schism as Nestorian/Miaphisyte. Yes, I want to create Messalian Western Rome. Please consider Messalian Rome.
