DISCLAIMER: I've lost all interest in Crusader Kings and I won't be updating this mod anytime soon. It currently works with 2.8.x (Jade Dragon) version of the game.

Have you been feeling sad lately? Have you been thinking that there is something missing in your life? Well, if that something is another Rome in your Crusader Kings II games, worry not, as I've got just the thing for you.

Features:
• Formable Western Roman Empire
• Full support for most of the "Legacy of Rome" events and decisions (including formable Roman Empire)
• You already got another Rome, what else would you want?

NOTE: You can only form the Western Roman Empire if you are orthodox (or orthodox heretic) and if Holy Roman Empire doesn't exist.

Why only orthodox and not catholic?
Because this mod is meant to be an orthodox counterpart for Holy Roman Empire. HRE, gameplaywise, would be the same thing as Western Roman Empire. If I made it possible to create Western Roman Empire as a catholic ruler, it would become just a reskinned version of Holy Eoman Empire and that is not my aim for this mod. I wanted to give this empire title at least a small amount of uniqueness and so, this is my way of doing that. MY DECISION IS FINAL, SO DO NOT BOTHER ARGUING ABOUT IT.
