this time is Lania Cragg from Neopets: Island Builders, She's a Lutari thats also a Building expert,
she helped with the Coltzan Shrine & the Island of Dacardia...

Man, as bad as the controversies surrounding NeoPets have effectively ruined its reputation, we could all use a revival, and maybe present the species as being highly realistic looking as possible, like Detective Pikachu realistic.
