El puro editor de Wallpaper Engine, y la maquetación la hago en AI y los recortes un poco en PS o photopaint.

Me matas... no vi wallpaper similar y por lo general cuando hago un wp vertical trato de que sea bastante único. Voy a hacer del Future Emperor Glitched una versión horizontal si te interesa
