Loading Order:
If you want to enjoy the Ethnicities and Portraits Expanded too, you must follow this loading order:

If you are using Culture Expanded too, then you have to follow this loading order:

@Muffin Just partially compatible, the affected culture groups won't have new holding graphics. But I definitely wanna do a compatch later.

Oh really, these are up to date? I thought they weren't because the yellow icon is next to it still for me.
