I don't know why & how but recent update of Change of Looks (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3372505120) has caused this for me.... if you're using it too consider disabling for now. @RoyalCaesar

Love this mod but I wish there were options to disable some clothing/armor.
I created a Greco-Nubian hybrid culture, partially because I wanted my African heritage characters to use the Byzantine armor, but they still insist on wearing the African chainmails despite me setting the fashion to fully Byzantine.

yeah, Rise of the Phooenix for EUV. I only get annoyed because Paradox hires the great modders and slow everything down on the modding scene.. Instead we get to pay for it which is great for this modder, congrats, but Paradox should have in house artists that could do this. The art department is so slow.
