You can download my mod from there. It's the Exploding Cage match option, and then turn on boards with the standard modpack.

Thanks. It's an update to one of my mods for exploding cage matches. The cage texture is mine. I've then modded in the barbed wire ropes (which I also retextured) and boards. You could have anything you wanted here along the bottom.
