DeI Less AI Money

Description
The DeI scripting gives the AI fairly large amounts of money every turn, based on criteria that I found to conflict with my other mods intentions and my general desire to tone down the AI. So I turned it off. Now that I released those other mods, I thought people might enjoy this too.

This affects the money given in money.lua. If you want to change the money given in PublicOrder.lua use this.

was looking for this, I hate how games make the AI cheat rather than making the AI more smart

The biggest problem with AI is their ability to just raise new stacks , I'm hoping this is a fix

@Aurelian: Sorry I don't mod any more: But you just have to download PackFileManager, klick Files, Add, From Pack... and double-klick all the files in the list to create your own mod combination.

@Rhetor love the submods mate, only problem im having with some of them is that I have to pick and choose which to use due to the rome 2 mod limit at 35, Any chance you would be able to compile some of the small non conflicting ones into one mod pack? I would do it myself but I have no idea how and it seems KMM is unreliable for doing so and it being permanent.

@Warriordude there is a mod called "its a small world" that caps the smaller factions at 2 armies,if you wanna try that out

Warriordude: Unfortunately not. The AI doesn't actually care how much money it has in the bank. It makes decisions based on income. This mod doesn't affect that. I tried for a long time to make armies smaller, even changing AI behavior tables for army compositions, but it wouldn't work.
Smaller garrisons would require changing building effects, which would become incompatible as soon as DeI updates. But you could fairly easily change the values in RPFM, just ask them on the DeI Discord.

I like DEI but it always bothered me to see factions fielding a few 20 stack armies even though they only have one or 2 territories? this might fix that problem? is there anyway that you can make the garrisons smaller as well? maybe give the minor settlements smaller garrisons and keep larger garrisons for the capital. maybe just get rid of garrisons all together and just have a garrison in the capital similar to Thrones of Britannia?

True Bronze. I did a test in game using a hoplite unit that had bronze breastplate. Unless I'm imagining things the True Bronze does work. The breast plate looked noticeably different with mod on and off. I load it at very top above Orbis mods.

@Kharn the Bloody: How you mix the other submods doesn't matter, since they don't conflict. But True Bronze is a vanilla mod and most likely won't work with DeI. So remove that.
