Without No Step Back & Waking the Tiger DLC still work

Features
  • Default all the generals can lead 12 divisions only
  • Default all the field marshals can lead 3 armies only
  • All the recruit new general only have Major General trait
  • Remove Major General trait after assigned Lieut General trait
  • Remove Lieut General trait after assigned General trait
  • Remove General trait after promoted as Field Marshal
  • No more reduce skill when the Field Marshal recently promoted
  • Army morale +10% (3 days) when recently promoted
  • New traits and skill rework for the Japanese generals
  • All existing Japanese generals have real rank base on their rank of 1936

  • 所有新招聘的將領均帶少將特性
  • 分配中將特性之後移除少將特性
  • 分配上將特性之後移除中將特性
  • 分配二級上將特性之後移除上將特性
  • 分配一級上將特性之後移除二級上將特性
  • 晉升為元帥級之後移除所有將軍級的特性
  • 新晉升之後不再減少技能，反之新增軍隊士氣+10%（3天）
  • 所有日軍將領之特性及技能重新分配
  • 所有開局日軍將領均按1936年史實軍銜分配

    因為國軍1936-1946年金色領章只有三款，上將、二級上將、一級上將均使用同一領章。所以少將、中將、上將我使用該三款金色領章。二級上將、一級上將我則使用1946年後美式綠色肩章。
    中日美英蘇德六國均設有軍銜特性，但因時間問題，現只按歷史分配至開局中日將領。美英蘇德四國有待更新，或有興趣之志願人士可按以下網頁資料分配軍銜特性至開局將領，歡迎聯絡本人。

Think this is moddable anyway.. so..can easily be changed to offer a different play/option.

If we force army corps in the game I would limit the Major general rank to 6... lieutenant to 12 and so on... armies were almost never led by this low a rank in the western armies.. I propose 6 15 24. To scale up this way..

maybe the people they dont know is general rank,they though is just traits rank or skill rank
