Mass Effect Citadel

Description
Supposedly constructed by the long-extinct Protheans (but we all know it was the reapers), this colossal deep-space station serves as the capital of the Citadel Council. Gravity is simulated through rotation, and is a comfortable 1.02 standard G's on the Wards and a light 0.3 standard G's on the Presidium Ring.

Total Length (Open): 44.7km
Diameter (Open): 12.8km
Population: 13.2 million (not including keepers)
Gross Weight: 7.11 billion metric tons

Could not add the extra features to the arms that allow it to compleatly seal due to lag issues
Colour also caused issues with lag so it was cept basic grey

The arms open and close fully and the Presidium has working gravity so you can walk round it.
the centre spire is larger than it is in scale to the rest but that was to allow the player to walk insid

If lag was not a problem i would have gone all out on it as i atempted to in my first version.

just gotta say, it wasn't the Reapers. if you played the ME3 DLC Leviathan, you would know that it was constructed by the worshipers of the Leviathans to house the A.I. the Leviathans created to end all wars between Organics and Synthetics.

well i made it over a year ago as a bit of fun and at the time the game still had proformance issues and lacked allot of the new controle devices. as a product of the then new game, its verry well made but now its basically 5 giant arms arround a disk that are difficult to controle. im not going to update it.

I cant either close the wards. I was where shepard was in the pre-end of ME3 and used all functions on that console and i didn't even move the wards!

No offense given.

But doesn't the Citadel close up fully on all sides and front/back so nothing can really get in?
