Updated for Version 6 and Boron DLC.

NOTICE: This update with not work with save that was running with previous version of the ship. So sorry about that.
Few changes to ship as well. These include:
-Changed ship name from Mammoth Elite to Scaldis (with working betty voice)
-Reduced XL shield from 4 to 3
-Increased hull hitpoint (still lower than Colossus)
-Reduced S-Ship capacity from 180 to 140
-Reduced M-Ship capacity from 8 to 0 - The ship has 2 M docks but it cannot store M ship internally
-Moved ID code and Ship decal to another location
-Fixed some collision issues with the dock area. Players will not be falling through the floor while walking around the dock area

First of all, full credit to mod author "J.L.'s Workshop". The aurthor gave me permission to use the ship Sapporo from his mod, ShipMod - X4 + as of 4.0.

The new ship is named Scaldis which you can build after acquiring the blue print from Argon Federation's representative. This is a carrier equipped with total of 22 S-docks, 2 M-docks, 48 launch tubes, 6 L-turrets, 75 M-turrets and lots of shields. Compared to the Raptor, it has less turrets, less hull capacity, more shield and faster speed. Compared to the Colossus, it has more turrets, more shields, less hull capacity, similar speed. Cost and production cost is equivalent to the the Raptor.

Compatible with paint job and Ship logo.

- Argon Federation will now have 1 Scaldis plus escort ships patrolling Argon Prime. (Thanks to DeadAir for his help with setting this up)
- Added Russian language support - Thanks to Aladinaleks.

Don't remove the mod, its working for me at least. I really love your carrier here, its probably my favorite of all the carriers.

But you do what you got to do, just know you have at least one person who loves your work.

@Valegorn that was before egosoft updated the game to use new collision mesh. I tried to recreate the collision mesh using egosoft's tool but still couldn't get it to work properly. So ships get stuck in the launch tubes. I most likely will be removing the mod if it is not compatible with the the new update 7.0. Sorry for the inconvenient. I no longer have time to update my mods :(

Oddball Question.

How on earth can I get my fighters to launch like they are in the 4th of 8 picture here.

For some reason my fighters never take off that way, they just all take off out the top of the carrier. Am I not doing something right? Do I have to store the fighters first, if so how do I store the fighters without doing it one by one (which is crazy). Do I have to be piloting the carrier in order to do this? I'm lost because I love this ship and how it has those launch bays on the side.

Love your ship design. It feels like a mobile platform for sector against the enemies.

However, could you design possibly design the bridge is more higher?

I would like a view to overlook the landing pads on the deck. Maybe you use the inspiration from the aircraft carrier irl (right side in the middle of the ship).

For some reason M class ships assigned to this ship will constantly try to dock. I can't assign any corvettes or frigates to defend, intercept, or attack. Basically after being assigned to any of those, they fly around for a minute or 2 and then immediately try to dock with Scaldis. Then they spend minutes docking and undocking constantly. If you allow the internal storage, maybe this wouldn't happen?

Way to OP in my opinion so i reduced the capacity of ship storage. Also removed 1 XL shield but added some more hit points.
