Indeed, this is because without using mod manager and mod manager server (which I highly recommend), the vanilla lists don't use the same identifiers, SP uses localized and MP uses Mod ID.
On SP the mod is named "GlassRepair" and shows up as such in the mod list. But for multiplayer, the mod is named "Vehicle Glass Repair" so make sure you search for that when setting up your servers.
They're all super popular.
Not sure what the issue was with some of the people below, but I can confirm it still works in B41.

Worked both in the vehicle menu and directly on the part.
If you have issues, its likely because you are not level 4 or are using a non vanilla part. If you checked both of those and still have issues, send me the name of the vehicle and part you are having issue with.
