Empty Garbage Mod:

This is a lightweight mod adds a recipe to allow the player to delete items from their garbage bag by "right clicking" on it and receiving the option to "remove garbage".
I've also added a admin bag and outfit to carry over more then enough weight to clean those dirty floors!
