[TF2] Table Tantrum & Boiling Point Taunts Models

Here is a request for 2 taunts from the Smissmas 2016 update. Here are the models for Source Filmmaker.

For both models:
- All parts can be moved (food, etc.) with even a detachable piece for the steak
- They contain the animations from Team Fortress 2 (appearing & flipped over), see animated previews
- They have 2 skins but there's no difference, lel
