Warcaskets can haul!

This is a small patch to make warcaskets from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates (VFE - Pirates) be able to do dumb labor (Clean and Haul). If you want a patch that enables all work types, check out my other patch: "Warcaskets can work!".

The image was created outside the game by combining sprites and does not reflect what you may or may not be able to do with the patch.

Despite Oskar allowing warcaskets to haul, he did it in some weird way I don't exactly understand, while dumb labor is still disabled. Which means they can't do basic tasks (flipping switches) or haul urgently, which is a feature of allow tool.
