Description
Fixes Recorded Media(VHS/TV/Radio Programs) exploits due to not saving in MP.

Given that the functionality will be the same as it was in Singleplayer(a player can only gain xp from a program once amongst all characters), I recommend also using Skill Recovery Journal


Note: This simply prevents media from resetting automatically when users disconnect/reconnect. This is not a foolproof fix against bad actors. A determined user could still exploit the bug, due to how the game is designed right now, and that's not fixable without writing an entirely new media tracking system (which is for the devs to do).

@Aristine You're right, I was wrong. Something was up with my server requiring a full wipe that was causing shows to play intermittently.

@8bit_Nacho Given that this mod is literally 1 line that makes watched VHS shows save on exit, in no way touches playback, and I've been using it in MP since I uploaded it, you're definitely having issues from another mod (or in a far stretch, some kind of conflict)

This mod *might* be preventing TV shows from playing at all. I'm not entirely sure. I know TV shows weren't working on my small server and when I removed this mod, the next round of them played fine.

Self answer => This information is saved in the /Users/YOURFOLDER/Zomboid/Saves/Multiplayer/USERID/recorded_media.bin folder. Delete it and all watched VHS will be reset.

No, that's a vanilla limitation. Hopefully they'll be overhauling this soon.
