Auto Docking Hatch

A docking hatch that can dock automatically with stations and shuttles when in range. To prevent docking with the previous station it only arms itself once over 10 km/hr. You can still dock manually.

UPDATE:
While this circuit does still work, the devs put in some awful popup that asks you to confirm if you want to dock. This completely negates the purpose of building the auto-dock in the first place considering you still have to hit a button. Go complain about this on the github if you want them to make auto-dock actually work correctly again.
