Equestria at War: The Sunrise Mod 1.1 (Ft. Small Natural Tunnel)

This mod implements some of the most delightful suggestions from the Equestria at War Discord into Equestria at War itself. First and foremost, it adds the great Tunnel of Boreas.

It is a small natural tunnel between Rumarean lake and ocean. Coming out somewhere underneath Aquileia. That submarines are able to pass through. Now idk about you, but I think this could've created some cool gameplay dynamics. Like, Rumarean corsairs going to raid Aquileian convoys, before daringly escaping through the tunnel back into Rumare basin.

Unfortunately all ships are able to pass through instead of just submarines due to technical issues but hey it's a magical tunnel so it can do whatever it has to do. And it makes all the tiles near the Rumare lake coastal.

Secondly it replaces construction I with "Magical cow cement". How does it work, you may ask?
Well, by utilising superior methods of breeding cows we have streamlined the process of production of cement. This will help us to produce it quicker, which will speed up our construction works and make them safer.

It now also changes "Mass Mobilization" to "People's War", and makes it so conscription laws give ticking harmony support, because the larger the army, the more democratic it is.

Rosa Maledicta has become a janitor, Klad suggested she should become a janitor in the rework so might as well start now.

Klad/Sunrise thinks "Pax Changeling" sounds cooler than "Pax Chrysalia", so the latter has been renamed to the former.

Foldable Trains tech have been added, giving range to all airplanes. They use non-Eukladean geometry, too!
