Ballast Flora Mode Item Assembly

Description
Another ballast flora mode switch; this one is intended to be a bit more decorative than the alternatives. Installation is simple to do for all ballast pumps or additional devices. Just subscribe to the item, and it should show up automatically in the "Item Assemblies" tab in the sub editor, all ready to use.

Functions:
  • Drains ballast until empty
  • Cuts power to pump and disables pump
  • Toggles a flashing red hazard light to indicate emergency

The item assembly uses the lever switch (in place of a big red button) to turn on the hazard lights, drain the pump, and cut power. Use a flamer (keep a fire extinguisher nearby!) to deal with the ballast flora before pressing the lever again to return the ballast pumps to normal operation. The logic components have been spruced up to look nice, but if you don't want to see them, you can always set their transparency to zero or hide them in game.

Instructions and Use:
  1. Wire power from junction box to "POWER_IN" signal of relay
  2. Wire "VELOCITY_Y_OUT" from terminal to "SIGNAL_IN_1" of the subtract component
  3. That's it!

To add more pumps or other components:
  1. Wire "POWER_OUT" of relay to "POWER_IN" of pump or another component
  2. Wire "SIGNAL_OUT" of subtract component to "SET_TARGETLEVEL" of pumps (not applicable to other devices)
  3. Wire "SIGNAL_OUT" of AND component to "SET_STATE" of pump (this may need some tweaking, such as passing the signal through a NOT component if applying to other components)
  4. Change sprite depth, transparency, or visibility in game of the logic components if you don't want to see them. Feel free to make any other changes you want to make it look/work better!

This is just a small subassembly on a big sub I am currently working on, so feel free to make any changes you want to it. It's worked pretty well on my sub so far, but if there are any issues you find (either with the design or the file upload itself) please let me know!

Thanks for checking out my submission!
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please let me know! You can check out my previous SUBmission here:
