Monopolis

Description
This is a monopoly game inspired by all the terrible monopoly games of the past, but instead of being bad, this one is hopefully good.

Features that other monopolies don't have that this does:
  • Working netcode without desync
  • Disconnect / Reconnect
  • Utility card pays out correct amount
  • Mortgaged properties don't sandbag full colour set pricing
  • Can have a trade with more than 2 participants at once

Features others have which I have not implemented (yet)
  • House Rules
  • Mortgaged properties when finding a new owner need to either pay the tax or unmortgage
  • Showing the property cards
  • Get out of jail free cards
  • Repairs cards
  • Birthday card
  • Other localized boards
  • Mandatory auction when a player bankrupts to the bank
  • Mandatory auction for attempting to purchase last house / hotel

@Shambles next update should fix the accept/reject screen not working for other participants, haven't had a chance to test disconnect/reconnect and how the UI handles it as I can't test that locally.

Completely broke for us.
We tried to trade I dragged it then couldn't accept it and the UI wouldn't leave so we were in trade stuck forever then I dced and reconnected and I lost my full UI nice game bro
