Description
Adds a Toggle to view the power grid (why isn't that Vanilla?).

It also adds a little more info to the power grid view. Now the grid will display different colors:

  • Gray: There is no buildings using the connected energy.
  • Blue: The energy production on the grid is greater than its consumption.
  • Yellow: The energy production on the grid is lower than its consumption, but there is energy stored in batteries.
  • Red: The energy production on the grid is lower than its consumption, and there is no energy stored in batteries.


Alternatives
  • Active Circuits: It does something similar. It does uses a different color scheme. It does not have a Power Grid View toggle button.

@MarcelHard: no, that is out of the scope of this mod. I think that there is already a mod for that, electrical tab or something. I dunno if it's updated for 1.5

will you add a "average daily consumption" and "average daily production" toggle but with numbers (if possible with a production/consumption breakdown)? though no clue how hard this would be.
to easily see how much you have to increase the production and how many more things you can place without trial and error
