Fixed cleaning speed stat not being applied (at all)
Fixed cleaning work done not working correctly
Added "additional cleaning work done" to mop leg/foot to balance it better to arm/leg after fixes
Added Vacuum Arm & Mop Leg
---
While looking into how cleaning speed could be used by this mod, I noticed that my changes caused cleaning speed to not be applied at all, which should have caused an incompatibility with the "Cleaning Speed" mod.
Since, without the Cleaning Speed mod, the pawn stat cannot (easily) be modified by an item (afaik), I decided to stick with my way of simply increasing the work done by each cleaning tick/"cycle", but also added this work-modifier to the mop leg/foot, since my fixes made the mop a lot less efficient than the vacuum.
Probably would allow for some code functionality simplification, need to look into that then
