Mods like this will become the norm. The reason? The way HOI handles battles that involve units that don't exactly match the combat width is moronic. Players developed a workaround to avoid the broken code by only using units that divided evenly into the combat width. Paradox's solution? Fix their broken code? LOL of course not. Instead they change the system to make the workaround impossible to implement without massive micromanagement.
