Coloured Buttons Updated

Description
Updated version of Gundahar's mod (since it no longer seems to be updated).

Adds some colour to the main UI buttons to make for easier readability.

Updated Buttons:
  • Topbar
  • Army/Navy/Air overview
  • Map mode overlays
  • Naval missions
  • Intel Ledger

Ironman compatible. Should also be compatible with most mods as long as they don't affect the UI buttons.

Massive thank you to Gundahar, obviously, for doing 90% of the work.

The new update changed the map mode buttons, so this mod now screws up the graphics of those buttons. Everything else is fine
