Coloured Buttons Updated

Description
Updated version of Gundahar's mod (since it no longer seems to be updated).

Adds some colour to the main UI buttons to make for easier readability.

Updated Buttons:
  • Topbar
  • Army/Navy/Air overview
  • Map mode overlays
  • Naval missions
  • Intel Ledger

Ironman compatible. Should also be compatible with most mods as long as they don't affect the UI buttons.

Massive thank you to Gundahar, obviously, for doing 90% of the work.

Important note for people seeing this mod for the first time: this mod is not up to date with the current version. There now exists a new button (International market) that was added in 1.13 which breaks this and similar colored button mods. There is yet to be a truly updated mod
