[Unsupported] Reworked Instrumental Music Mod

This mod main goal was to make Instrumental Music Mod usable in multiplayer. Original mod caused long loading times and that resulted in disconnection of players. My "fix" to this issue was to reduce file size which was accomplished by reducing quality of audio. Due to that the music might not sounds as good as the original one but at least you're able to connect with this mod to server.

The way that original mod (Instrumental Music Mod) was made wasn't really something intended for multiplayer I suppose. When tested with friends we found out that each person could hear different music playing. Which does not really matter when playing solo. To fix this I decided, after few hours of trial and error, that by creating inventory slot in instrument would be best way to solve this. To this inventory slot you then put special item aka music notes. For each song there is one item. Meaning that you will need quite lot of space for them if you want them all. But this also gives you opportunity to own only those you like. You are able to purchase all music notes at non-specialized outposts/cities for reasonable price.

This mod is being updated to new load system that is used in Sunken Tapes which causes small freeze when loading music for first time but enables to use better quality audio files.
