Description
My first play on the Dayz Editor. Will update at times. Hope you enjoy. * Few additional items added if you use expansion,
you can remove edit etc

***Subscribe to mod but do not load it. Copy the file GreenMountain.dze to use only.

To edit the file use the DAYZ EDITOR in the dayz launcher - you can move items. get coords for traders and much more before adding to your server.

Export file when finished to the native DAYZ EDITOR extension .dze or others with ease. The Editor saved files are generally in your document/dayz/EditorFiles

THEN..

To load the file on to your server firstly - install the DAYZ EDITOR LOADER MOD onto your server. Start server to generate the files needed

then copy *Trader_GreenMountain.dze* file to EditorFiles folder which was generated with the editor loader install. this can be found in MPMISSIONS/CHERNO/EditorFiles folder in your SERVER

Reset server

Edit anyway you want. I update at times. Check out my workshop items for more locations.

@FEAR Hey, ive just tested it in the editor.# and all is ok, downloaded this .dze file from steam loads up fine for me

@SunStrike I use a survivor and place where I want the trader to be. Then only selecting all of them in the right hand list then export to expansion .map and also selecting export selected only. This will export the coordinates for the traders only and not then whole item list. Use the cords for your trader locations.

how do i copy the trader locations to DZE file

@Richie loads fine for me bro, make sure you have the buider items loaded, there are like 9 items which needs the zstuff to be loaded but it all loads fine for me in the editor

Hello, I am unable to see 90% of the objects. It is inside the Editor Files folder as a dze

@ quickangel no not at all. You need to use the Dayz editor to load the file, it’s quite light weight. Of course the more items you add can cause some issues. I had over 30k items loaded and it ran fine.

Does adding this to your server use a lot of ram?
