UPDATE 1:

Reworked Part Of The Focus Tree
Added New Decision For Testing

UPDATE 2:

Included railways and supply nodes to the focus tree this is in the gradual expansion spirit and the connect the railways and railway expansion focuses

also fixed an error on the right side of the industry tree where the focus only gave you civilian factories and no building slots so the state went over the boundaries for building to building slots

UPDATE 3:

Fixed the advisor error so now Iran can choose military and political advisors again

UPDATE 4:

Fixed Naval Tree Error - Now the naval tree can be completed
Fixed Focus Doctrine Boosts - Now they actual reduce the amount of XP needed to research them
Added Air Doctrine Boost - Combined Arms Focus Now gives 75% reduction in one land doctrine and air doctrine
