AE NPC Dummies in crowd scene. Does not affect performance in any way. Without this, the factory will simply be left without personnel and security.

Factory works in the presence of natural gravity. After choosing a blueprint in the workshop, you need to align it with the planet's gravity. If you want to install a factory on the surface of a planet, then you need to find a flat surface like a lake and place the blueprint as close to it as possible, and then convert it to a ship, and then do the reverse conversion. Direct installation may cause blockage of the tank fill connector on the conveyor line.

To start printing, just press the red button at the beginning of the conveyor line or button #1 at the control station, as shown in the video. Do not forget to enable the creative mode option through the admin panel via Alt+F10. Piston speed and scenario time delays are calculated for this mode.
