SLR Rifleworks AR-15 (M16A4 Carry Handle)

Ported over from my L4D2 addon for the M16 with the abysmal, bulky-ass carry handle sights. I probably missed more shots with the M16A4 Carry Handle than I did firing the MP5 on full auto because half the time I couldn't even see my target unless they're within melee range.
