I get a lot of requests to update mods and some of them have no issues except that they are marked in the mod-list as incompatible with the current Rimworld version.
Instead of me republishing these mods with the only change being that the latest game-version tag is added I made this mod instead.
This mod adds the required tag to mods that have been reported working with the current version of the game.
Can be put anywhere in the mod-list as it just modifies the mod-list loader.

If you know of a mod that should be added here, leave a link to it and Ill add it.

  • See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.
  • If not, try adding your other mods until it happens again.
  • Post your error-log using HugsLib or the standalone Uploader and command Ctrl+F12

Also, is it actually possible to add mods in another way? The paragraph in the description about adding a "ModUpdateTag-def" seems to say it is, but I couldn't figure out how. I made a local patch that uses Traverse to add things to the "modIdsToUpdate" list in your Mod class, but I feel like this isn't the right way to do that locally.

"Forgettable Pumps" works as intended 1.5 with no changes other than adding the 1.5 tag.

I think the person who reported it as not fully working might not have checked to see that the retexture of Allow Tool and Quality Builder is just a higher resolution image rather than a different design.

UI Retexture was removed from the No Mod Warning list as of this update but I'm not sure if UI Retexture was correctly reported as "not completely working", as it looks like it's working to me.

But then again, the textures are just higher resolution and very similar. Maybe someone here can double check.

While Better Scenario Research and Tech Level Options ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2870637532 ) mostly works it has a major incompatibility with anomaly causing you to start with every anomaly tech research on game start.

As I reported here and you've now added to your mod, this was working in 1.5 until today 27 May 2024 with updates to about 20 other mods (according to rimpy) that I use. I will try to track it down but it may take awhile with my 600+ mod list and so many of them dependant on others.
