Descrição
This is a censor bar. Pretty self-explanatory, right?

This is useful for some clever things, like covering nudity in models with removable clothing. Matter of fact, you can link the pelvis bone to the crotch area, and the bar moves with the model, same for female models, if you link them to the appropriate spine section.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3034457244 - I have a more refined version of this model. Version 3 is bigger, and even has an alternate Bodygroup that turns it into a white bar with the word "Censored" on one side.

I keep having an issue where if the camera is close to the bar it completely disappears

Well, I DO have an image of Conker and Berri wearing censor bars that reference Conker's Big Reunion from "Project Spark. I'll just go ahead and use that, instead. Of course, Cosmo is forgivable, due to her being an alien, but Skippy's alright, because he doesn't wear anything to begin with.

It's still rather creepy given they look like children, and you easily could've had it just over somebody's mouth like they were cursing or an injury. It just seems sketchy

Well, Pepe in a black hood, the models used in said examples have the doll anatomy. For the Animal Crossing villager, you can dress them up with the clothing packs on CatCraze777's Workshop, and JC Thornton makes the majority of his toon characters undressable, but gives them the doll anatomy.

Not exactly, Unusual Sniper Simp. It's true, this is for censorship, but this might be applied to non-human characters with no visible genitalia.
