Enhanced Mutagen

Description
This mod adds a new item that can be crafted at the tek replicator which allows you to use mutagen on dino's that at most will only ask for 30 mutagen.

The way it works is pretty simple, you craft this item and place it in your dino's inventory and give it the required mutagen it asks for and then consume the "Mutagen Enhancer" instead of regular mutagen.

INI Options
[EnhancedMutagen]
CustomAmount=0

Set "CustomAmount" to anything above 0 and mutagen will only be consumed at that value regardless of your dino's level.

@Davido You can always override the crafting cost via ini edits but i feel the crafting cost is worth the trade off considering the amount of mutagen required to use on creatures will be less.

Is there a way to alter the cost of making the enhanced mutagen? 120 mutagen in itself as a requirement is quite expensive as it is, and is quite grindy
